No Promise of Safety
No Promise of Safety is a blog started by this guy Joseph Carnevale. It showcases his photography and his sculptures. I know that really doesn’t sound very exciting, but check out just one and you realize these aren’t your mother’s cityscape photos, and these are no ordinary sculptures.
This man scales bridges and cranes to get the most mind blowing snapshots at angles you’d never even imagine viewing a city from. He breaks into closed/abandoned buildings (like this soccer stadium), and crawls through subway tunnels to capture the most ridiculous images that you’ll probably ever see. And his sculptures are just as crazy! Made from broken vacuum cleaners, lawnmowers, and even street signs and traffic cones. It’s just crazy. Crazy good.
