These Games Got BEEF! The Beefy Let’s Plays.

Want to keep up with the latest PC games, but your damn Gateway PC is still stuck in the golden days of DOOM? Or, perhaps you’ve got a Macintosh Computer and live in a deep sea of regret? (Just kidding! I know you Mac users got plenty of games, but you might still run out.) Whatever your excuse is for not PC gaming right now, your still in luck because there’s Beefy!

This loveable dude shares all of his game-time online. I tend to tune in while eating, a practice I wouldn’t recommend unless you too don’t mind occasionally spitting out Ramen from laughing too hard. Let’s Plays are a new form of entertainment that might take awhile to really “get”. To be honest, I wasn’t a fan at first, but once you get sucked in they make for a great afternoon of multitasking. You’re looking at this site right now, why not absorb the aesthetics and lore of a game at the same time? With Beefy you never have to neglect your love of games just so you can finish your homework.

The eclectic Twitch.tv channel puts on a range of games from the Warframe Beta to League of Legends to Euro Truck Simulator 2! All of which is packed with banter that’s generally light-heated and funny. Beefy is also tightly knit with a few members of the Squarepop community, so if you’re a fan of The Brain Freeze Podcast you might even get to hear a few familiar voices.
